Anchor AM Made Simple...
If you’ve been wanting to start your Anchor AM morning routine but aren’t sure where to begin, here’s something that changed everything for me 👇
The easiest way to create a new habit isn’t by overhauling your whole morning.
It’s by stacking it onto something you’re already doing.
This is called habit stacking.
You take a habit that’s already part of your day, like brushing your teeth, making your coffee, or getting dressed, and simply add one new Anchor AM habit on top of it.
✨ Example ideas:
🪥 While brushing your teeth, play the daily reading on the Bible App.
☕ While your coffee brews, thank God for three blessings.
👕 While getting dressed, pray over your day or speak your Anchor affirmation.
You don’t need to do the whole routine right away.
Just start with one small step and let it grow naturally.
Research shows we’re far more likely to stick with new habits when they’re connected to ones we already have.
Remember, God isn’t asking for perfection.
He’s asking for presence. 💛
