Who is it actually for?
It is for the person who has started questioning what feels real because the world can't see what they feel. They're tired of abandoning themselves just to make everyone else comfortable.
What does your music do for that person?
It reminds them to take their time and not rush to doubt before they push away love. When the music ends, they're left with one question: What is the truth and what is fake?
Why you
We wrote these songs while we were living them, when every voice around us told us to doubt what we knew in our hearts. Love Without Permission is what happened when we chose not to abandon what felt real.
