In this class, students will explore the fundamental hand-shapes used in (ASL), the building blocks of signing. Through interactive lessons and hands-on practice, learners will become familiar with the 19 basic ASL handshapes, how they are formed, and how they change meaning in different signs. This foundational knowledge will empower students to improve their signing accuracy, enhance their receptive and expressive skills, and build confidence in communicating with the Deaf community.
