I created Aligned Career Women Community because I kept noticing the same pattern — career-driven women making big decisions largely on their own.
Many of us are ambitious, capable, and busy, but we do not always have a trusted advisory network to pressure-test our thinking. Without that, decisions get overthought, boundaries blur, and confidence can dip sometimes — not because we are incapable, but because we are isolated in our decision-making.
This community exists to change that.
Aligned Career Women is a private space for women who want practical, grounded advice to make better career decision with clarity and confidence.
I come from a background in people strategy and HR, and I run this community independently, in my personal capacity. My role here is to help frame decisions, surface trade-offs, and model clearer thinking.
