Brand not ungating
Hi or anyone with similar experience could you please help: I bought a product that requires both category and brand ungating. I have been ungated for the category but I keep getting a rejection for the brand ungating. I used the same invoice. Please any idea what I might be doing wrong. They are not even giving me the reason for the rejection and I have tried severally.
