Before u ask for a refund. U must be sure u haven't used any of the professional tools and have not listed any product yet. Also ur account must be downgraded to individual accounts before ur request can be granted.

In order to request for a refund , go to ur account and click on help Scroll down to my issue is not list here or click on contact us then follow the instructions and state ur issue.

Good morning, My Canadian people, pls how did you get pass this step? and how did you escape the monthly charges?

@Ife Edike step 1- click on setting on the right side of ur screen. 2- click on account info 3- scroll down , you will see "manage ur services 4- click on selling on amazon and u will see an arrow beside selling on amazon u will then click on it and select and choose individual 5-scroll down and click on apply changes. And then ur account will be downgraded to individual.

@Ife Edike no that Mexico market accepts only professional account but since ur country of choice has changed u won't be charged.. that is how it is with that one. If u have applied the changes already then u are good.

Hi Lome. I just got my seller account verified and approved but I was charge $39.99 even I choose the individual seller and also I was automatically enrolled in CSBA . Is this normal?

Hello Reid Pls I can understand why I can't post anything on the community section . I thought this was suppose to be a place where ppl get help or share their experiences. Why restrict it?
