Got so caught up building things today I forgot to post this!!!
🔍 Part 1: The Foundation Audit
- Current Audience Size: 200 (combined YouTube + TikTok + Instagram)
- Conversion Rate Calculation: At 20% conversion rate, to get 100 members I need 500 page views
- Biggest Challenge: Consistent content creation while building systems
🎯 Part 2: Content Strategy Reality
- YouTube Videos: I can realistically create 4-6 YouTube videos per month
- Content Creation Bottleneck: My biggest bottleneck is consistency and batching
- Help Needed: Strategy
🎬 Part 3: VSL Implementation Questions
- Biggest "Aha": The biggest insight from running the VSL prompts was realizing my "scattered" creative process is actually my genius being suppressed by wrong systems
- Confidence Level: I'm most confident about the content
- Overwhelming Part: What feels overwhelming is the lack of clear planning - once I can see the path forward it's impossible NOT to continue, but without a plan I get stuck

- Help Needed: What I need the most help with is consistent content creation systems and technical implementation
- Timeline: My realistic timeline to launch this system is 3-4 weeks
