Last year, I thought we’d be celebrating Thanksgiving this year in Porto Portugal. Yet here we are six months into Croatia and we had 15 of our friends over to celebrate. And of course I had to make Mac n cheese & the green bean casserole. 💁🏻‍♀️ (Still a southerner at heart) For the past five years Thanksgiving was just me my mom and our family friend Mike. So wild how much can change in a year. What are you grateful for this year? Any plans to be abroad for Thanksgiving in 2026?
