How do you stay active outside the gym?
It takes more than just moving at the gym 3-4x/wk.
Going for walks, playing pickleball, chasing the kids, hiking, etc. There are so many ways to move and each little bit adds up.
My wife plays volleyball a few times a week and I tend to chase the boys right now with summer - reusable water balloons are a major win BTW!
