Hold your Finish
After every swing this week (tee, front toss, or live), hold your finish for 2–3 seconds
  • Stay balanced
  • Head stays down
  • Feel the ground under your feet
Why this works
  • Improves balance → if you can’t hold your finish, your swing was out of control
  • Builds body control → teaches your body to obey your mind
  • Better contact → balanced hitters square more balls up
  • Reveals flaws → falling, drifting, or spinning = instant feedback
  • Transfers to games → controlled swings = more consistent hitting
