This course equips learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform the duties of a workplace Health and Safety Representative in line with South African legislation. It focuses on understanding legal requirements, identifying and managing workplace hazards, investigating incidents, and promoting safe working practices. Learners are trained to participate effectively in health and safety committees, represent employees on safety matters.
