What we fixed are some of the most common mistakes I see with guys just starting out—whether you’re in the Alpha Clan or not:
1️⃣ Poor foot balance – not enough pressure through the toes.
2️⃣ Too much knee bend – turns the movement into a deadlift instead of targeting the glutes and hamstrings.
3️⃣ Arm involvement – bending the arms takes the focus off the posterior chain.
