And let me tell you, I am BEYOND STOKED for what I have planned for you guys. I want to start off by introducing a practice that I've been using in businesses for years. It's super simple, powerful, and incredibly effective when powering through the inevitable roadblocks that pop up in business. Starting this week, I’ll be hosting regular Hot Seat Clarity calls using the IDS method. IDS = Identify · Discuss · Solve It’s a framework borrowed from EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), popularized in Traction, and it’s one of the cleanest ways I know to help business owners get unstuck. In these sessions, we’ll: ➔ Identify the real issue (not just the surface level symptom) ➔ Discuss it from a few grounded perspectives ➔ Solve it with *ONE* clear next step to help you move forward The floor will be open to both personal and business issues alike. We'll try to get through as many of you as possible in the one hour. If you’re a verbal processor who gets clarity by talking things out, and don't need another someone saying, "You know what you *SHOULD* do..." THIS IS FOR YOU! I want to add a new space in the community to intentionally break up our usual structure. Think: - silliness - fun + fuckery - maybe some chaos - Just, random shares, memes, and thoughts that don’t need to be productive or profound Because not everything needs to be optimized, monetized, or turned into a lesson.
