Today I was working on a store with over 1000 of high-end products making up to $20k a month with a conversion rate of 0.07% (crazy I know) They are running ads on many products and on all kind of landing pages thus they are spreading their selves too thin and Uncle Alex would say no no to that Thus the following was my approach for trying to make this work Put 80% of our focus and budget towards the top 5 (I said 5 because they have a good budget otherwise 1 or 2) working products and 20% towards others so we can leave room for products to show potential

So far I have worked with couple of websites in the middle east and their Arabic version of website is leading more conversions This might not work with all countries but it is worth the try!

I often get reached out to because people are not making any sales on their website and they blame it purely on the website! but a simple question would be, are you making any sales off website? Usually its not the website fault why its not making any sales, I have seen a reallyy bad websites that are making more than $16k a month. After clarifying that I try to guide them towards the real issue and its often one of two: 1- Product Sucks 2- Ads Sucks

I have a simple way of approaching a website, inspired by no other than Alex Hormozi! "FOCUS ON WHATS WORKINGGGGG" I would simply look at the store analytics for example sessions by landing page, sort the pages by highest traffic. Which page has the best performance and which has the worst, identify those then simply I would shift the ads focus towards the best performing page. This simply helped me increase many store's sales hope this helps
