MARCH CHALLENGE!
Hi, ladies!
I hope you're all doing well! Take a look at our March challenge- we start Sunday! I really dislike starting anything on Mondays because it feels very much like an excuse if you know what I mean haha
You'll notice I added a sleep challenge- ohhhh babyyyyy! This is going to be tricky. If you've got a little one (looking at you, Torres), even night wakings will count as in bed. The goal is to be in bed at a reasonable time allowing you to have 7 hours IN bed (not necessarily in sleep- I know latency can be tough). Your proof for this can be either honor system, or feel free to take a screenshot of the time on your phone! Regardless, mention it in your post.
