There was a season where I thought being a good coach meant being endlessly available. What I eventually realised: my clients don't need more of me. They needed my method to be easier to access. This changed something in my attitude towards my work and I think (humble brag incoming)... I've let go of the ego of this needing to feel needed. Does this make sense to you?

You don't see it very often but in high-ticket coaching, the women who are REALLY good at what they do are often over subscribed. This is common with even the stellar coaches who gather enough energy to deliver over 12 hour days and leave themselves til last. Most founders don’t need to provide more access to themselves. They need their thinking structured. If your clients rely on you to remember, reassure, repeat, or re-explain - that’s not intimacy. That’s a delivery leak! Leverage begins when your method exists outside your nervous system. Would you agree?
