Can't sign into training

I'm excited to be here but can't sign in. It says I have an account already, keyed in what I thought was my password which didn't work. I requested a password reset that never came thru. I can' t find a support email. PLEASE can I get support? I'm anxious to get started but I'm stopped before I can even start. I sent a chat directly to Bryan because I saw another person who had this problem that was recommended to reach out to him. It is the middle of the night for him so I hope I can get this resolved soon
