Everyone talks about how easy it is to build an app with AI now. But building the app is often not the hardest part. The harder questions are: - What should you actually build? - Is anyone willing to pay for it? - How do you validate the idea before spending weeks on it? - How do you turn a working prototype into something people keep using? - How do you keep track of the endless little tasks once development starts? That’s why I’m starting to think the real advantage of AI isn’t simply “AI can code.” It’s being able to build a complete workflow around an idea. For example: Research → validate → build → organize → launch → collect feedback → improve For the build side, tools like Lovable and Claude Code can handle a lot of the implementation. Then something like Floment can be useful for keeping the projects, to-dos, progress, and day-to-day execution organized in the same overall workflow. You don’t need to start with some massive SaaS idea either. A small tool that solves one annoying problem for a specific group of people can be a much better starting point. Curious what everyone here thinks, if you could build one tiny piece of software for a problem you personally deal with, what would you build?

I've just built and launched a couple of great vibe coded software. What took the most time was being around to keep hitting allow and always allow. I used Claude Code with Fable with Codex checks for quality control. Is there a way of setting this up so it will continue the build without me having to hit allow, so I can simply test the final version?

I was wondering about social media and the marketing strategy to follow with makerai. I have a personal Facebook account that I've had for years that I use for family stuff and a bit of promoting my travel business. When we create an app are we meant to set up a new social media for that app separately? And put posts on that and build it from 0 . Or is it better to start a new personal account that can be used to show me as more of an app builder and entrepreneur person where I can post about my app building ventures in general and promote various apps I'm building as I grow? I just don't want to muddy my current personal profile and flood that ? What is everyone else doing ? I've built 1 app and my second is nearly finished(next few days 🤞🏽) and I want to get some real traction, but would find it hard to manage a social media account for every app I want to build separately. I don't know if this post makes sense - I hope it does 🙏🏽 I would really love some advice 🙌🏽
