The email, the summary, the post, the follow-up. The thing that ate 30 minutes and did not need your brain. 2. Open ChatGPT or Claude and paste this: "You are my assistant. I am going to hand you a task I normally do myself. Before you do it, ask me the 3 questions you most need answered to do it as well as I would. Then wait." 3. Answer its 3 questions. Then let it do the task. That is the whole game. You just did your first handoff. The work got done, and it was not you doing it. Do it, then drop a comment telling me what you handed off.
