Given the interest we've been receiving in Faceless Channels, we're thinking of kicking off something inside AI Lab: The 7-Day AI Avatar Faceless Channel Challenge.

You'll build a custom AI character — your channel's face — and publish your first short-form video featuring them. To Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. All in 7 days.

Here's the plan:

Day 1 — Niche pick + character bible

Day 2 — Generate your avatar in GPT Image 2

Day 3 — Voice match + topics validated

Day 4 — Script + voiceover (30-60 sec)

Day 5 — Avatar footage + lipsync

Day 6 — Edit (9:16, B-Roll and captions)

Day 7 — Post to Reels + Shorts + TikTok
