Genre/niche channels vs artists

I’m curious to hear people’s thoughts on the viability of creating channels geared towards a specific genre ( EG Timeless Rock Songs) vs attaching songs to a specific named AI Artist.

Going the genre/niche route seems like it may allow for much more variety in your sound, while still allowing you to create an album that’s relevant for your audience. If executed well, that likely makes a much more engaging album. That said, the lack of name recognition/clear identity could be problematic eventually…

Would love to hear any thoughts/experience on this 🙂
