Time Off
I know this is a hard thing but I want to remind people
1 - taking even a day off from all the AI stuff can help you remember your goals
2 - the world will not end if you close the laptop (please leave all the tabs open 😉)
3 - you do not need everything - you will see me share a LOT of different systems and methods - that’s because I feel education is key and I know for a fact 2 people never work the same way and both ways are “right”
4 - FOMO is real - but you will survive & if you eat a cookie you’ll feel better about missing out 😉 ok that might just help me - but it works
