Hey, and welcome. You just joined the lab that teaches you to turn one product photo into a complete AI ad system — a realistic AI UGC creator, an ultra-realistic UGC video ad, a full static campaign, and the strategy that makes them work. No camera. No actor. No studio. No agency budget. This is not a video library you binge and forget. This is a workshop. Every lesson ends with a submission. Every phase ends with a real asset pack. By the end of Phase 5 you don't have one ad — you have a system that can keep making better ones. Take these 3 actions right now. They take 10 minutes total. 1. Open the Classroom → Start Here. Watch the 60-second welcome video and read "How This Community Works." This is the only way the rest of the lab will make sense. 2. Post your introduction in 👋 Introduce Yourself. Use this template (copy it): "I'm [name] from [country]. I'm building this for [reason: brand owner / aspiring creator / agency / personal project]. The product I'm bringing into the lab is [product]. By the end of Phase 5 I want to be able to [specific outcome]." Then comment on 2 other intros. This is how you find your future creative partners. 3. Open Phase 1 — Initiate and submit your Outcome Sentence (Lesson 1). That single sentence unlocks every decision you'll make in Phases 2 through 5. A few promises from me: - 🟡 Every lesson has a submission. The work IS the lesson. - 🏆 The best work gets featured on my Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — with full credit. - 🎓 You can't start Phase 2 until you submit your Phase 1 Launch Pack. That's the gate. - 🔥 Every Monday I post a Weekly Challenge. The winner gets 30 days of premium AI tools — free. - 💬 If something is broken, post in 🆘 Support and I'll fix it personally. A few rules so the community stays sharp: - Submit work using the exact title format: [Phase X – Lesson Y] – Your Title. - Give feedback in the 3-line format: what works / what I'd test / why. - "🔥🔥🔥" is not feedback. Be specific or save the comment. - Help one member every day. The best creators in this lab give as much as they take.
