Action from today...
For anyone that didnt or wasnt able to join todays call - here is a quick summary of actions it'd be helpful for you to work through: The first 3 sections that I've added to the 'classroom' tab within Skool Collect any outstanding data sources with links/files etc - the best resources in your industry Get a collection of all the data you have within your ChatGPT or Gemini history - if these platforms are working well for you, thats great but its now about how we merge that info with your business context - sometime we start from scratch within copilot/gemini - other times we can pull across the history you have already built within another platform... Any questions just let me know..have a great rest of the week. For transparency I'm also working on a model whereby I can somehow incentivise or reward the early members of this community as we migrate across to the full AI Twin platform on launch. I value and appreciate the trust each of you have put in me, my platform and this community.

Most businesses don’t need a new product.
Most businesses don’t need a new product. They need to see their old one differently. A few years ago, I was working with a client who thought they’d hit a ceiling. Sales had stalled. New leads were harder to find. They wanted to launch something new. But when we dug into their assets - the data, the processes, the things they’d already built - something clicked. They didn’t need a new offer. They needed to see what was already there. Hidden in their CRM tags, support requests, and old proposals were three services their customers were already asking for… they just weren’t selling them... yet. That’s what this prompt is designed to do. It acts as your Service Discovery Analyst - finding untapped services you can deliver today, using your existing skills, tools, and data. It helps you spot patterns, identify quick wins, and plan a 90-day pilot - complete with ranked ideas, effort versus impact, and a one-page sales draft for the strongest opportunity. Because sometimes innovation isn’t about invention... it’s about recognition. 🍍 Follow me here or join the Skool community (link in profile) to learn how to use AI right! and if you've found this or any of my recent posts helpful, please give it a repost ♻️ -- Act as my service discovery analyst. I want to find services I do not currently offer but could deliver using my existing assets, skills, and data. Ask me in one message My current offers and who buys them Assets I already have content, tools, templates, equipment, licences Data you may sample CRM exports, support tags, website analytics summaries Delivery limits geography, team size, compliance Proof points I can share or keep anonymised Process Confirm my inputs in two lines Analyse demand patterns, adjacent pains, easy wins Propose 5 service ideas ranked by feasibility and expected value Add an effort versus impact table and a ninety day pilot plan for the top three Draft one page sales copy and a simple delivery checklist for the single best idea
