Skool Community Policy
A practical, welcoming space to learn and apply AI (Copilot, Gemini, AI Twins, and workflow automation) for real-world wins across SMEs globally.
Core Values
- No ego. Humility over hype.
- No “dumb” questions. Curiosity is encouraged.
- Share knowledge.
- Be kind. Assume good intent; disagree respectfully.
- Do the work. Try, test, and report back so others learn.
Code of Conduct
- Respect first: No judgement, condescension, or personal attacks.
- Constructive only: Critique ideas, not people. Offer fixes, not put-downs.
- Inclusive language: Keep it welcoming to all backgrounds and skill levels.
- Private stays private: Don’t share member stories, data, or content outside the group without permission.
- No spam or hard sells: Share value before offers. Self-promo is allowed only in the designated threads/spaces.
Posting Guidelines
- Use clear titles: What you did, tried, or need (e.g., “Copilot in Excel - Need help with data types”).
- Show your working: Screens, steps, or a short video/Loom if possible.
- Tag it right (where possible): Use the right category (Copilot, Gemini, AI Twin, Automation, SEO, Email, Etc.).
- Share outcomes: Wins and fails both help- include time saved, cost reduced, or lessons learned.
“No Dumb Questions” in Practice
- Ask anything you’d type into Google or ChatGPT.
- If you’re more experienced, answer kindly or pass - don’t pile on.
- If you don’t know, say so and (where possible) suggest where to look.
Evidence & Data-Checking (our 3 principles)
- Source it: Cite docs, videos, or credible posts when claiming facts.
- Test it: Try on sample or sandbox data before production.
- Protect it: Never post sensitive or client data (mask, anonymise, or simulate).
AI & Automation Ethics
- Human-first: Tools assist; people decide.
- Compliance: Follow GDPR and your organisation’s policies.
- Attribution: Credit prompts, templates, or frameworks you adapt.
Self-Promotion & Offers
- Allowed only in designated promo threads or when a member explicitly asks.
- Be transparent about affiliations, pricing, and any incentives.
- No cold DMs from group activity unless invited.
Wellbeing
- We keep space for honest reflection. Fortnightly check-ins are optional, judgement-free, and confidential.
Moderation
- Light-touch, fair, fast. Mods may edit, move, or remove posts that break this policy.
- Escalation: Friendly nudge Formal warning Mute or removal for repeated/serious breaches
- Appeals: Message a mod with context; we’ll review as a team.
When pormoting/posting AI generated content

Reporting
- See something off? Report it to mods. We’ll act discreetly and quickly.
