And if you showed up — you built something real this month.
💬 What Hit Different on Today's Call:
"Life is never going to stop life-ing."
That's life. That's the purpose of life.
So when we create goals, we need a bare minimum built in from the start — not as an afterthought when we're already drowning.
Your bare minimum is the ONE thing you can do even at 11pm when you're exhausted.
Edit your sales page for 15 mins. Save one template. Write one sentence of copy.
That tiny win gives you momentum for the big thing next week.
🙋♀️ My FOMO Filter Story
I got an email from Taki Moore (a coach I genuinely respect) — $100 workshop on filling 1:1 coaching spots in 5 days.
My brain immediately said: Yes. I need this.
But my filter kicked in: My Q1 focus is building my Skool community. Not filling 1:1 spots.
I closed the window. Deleted the email. Kept it moving.
That's the power of having a focus.
📌 Use your Q1 2026 Focus Project as a decision filter. Anytime something shiny pops up, ask it:
"Does this align with my Q1 focus or distract me? Should I say yes, say no, or revisit later?"
➡️ Every Yes is a No to Something Else
Every time you say yes to the shiny object, you're saying no to your focus.
Every time you say yes to sleeping in, you're saying no to your morning routine.
Be intentional about what you're saying yes to.
✔️ Accountability is Everything
We're not very good at being accountable to ourselves.
We can convince ourselves we need more time, that something happened, that it's too big.
That's why you need external accountability.
Find an accountability partner in the community. Check in every week. Post together.
As humans, we don't want to let people down.
(And yes, I'm building accountability partnerships into February's challenge because this matters that much.)
👀 If You Keep Getting Distracted by the Same Thing...
Pay attention.
If personal training keeps catching your eye but you're a bookkeeper — that might be telling you something.
Maybe you picked this focus because you thought you should.
Don't stay stuck doing something you hate just because you started it.
Use ChatGPT to explore what a pivot would look like. Map it out. See if it's feasible.
✅ Your Week 4 Homework:
- Fill out your 30-day consistency plan (use the Consistency Architect Prompt in the module) or try the Accountability App I built for this challenge! Attached below! 👇
- Put your schedule in your calendar (if it's not in there, it won't happen)
- Post in the accountability thread every Monday (I will respond to every single one)
- Use your Project as a Focus Filter when shiny objects pop up
🎯 What's Next
You chose. You simplified. You built. You committed.
Now you execute.
For the next 30 days: follow your system. Not perfectly. Just consistently.
March 31st is coming fast. Keep moving forward. 🔥
See you in the accountability thread.
P.S. Thursday is our first Bot Clinic call if you need help with custom GPTs.
