Question for PPC automation

Hello all, I need to create an automation where when the user submit mobile number on my Facebook ads (Lead forms) and, after the Forms is finished, the same lead should receives a WhatsApp message to the number which was submitted .

For example, the submitted user should receive a thank you message along with a prompt to continue chat .

Based on what I´ve searched, it might possible using Facebook, Zapier or such tools and WhatsApp Business API (Not sure ). Zapier do have about 2-3 integrations similar to this.

Have someone here ever tried to do the something like this and confirm that it´s possible OR have a better idea ?

PS: I want to lower down my costs as much as i can .

Any Suggestions or ideas are most welcome on this 🙏
