What Most People Get Wrong About Volume
Everyone freaks out when I say I send 5,000 emails a week. They think it's spam. They think it's annoying. They think it's going to ruin my reputation.
But here's the thing: I get 50 to 70 replies every week. And maybe three of those are negative. The rest are either interested, asking questions, or politely passing. That's not spam. That's outreach.
Small businesses need AI services. They just don't know it yet. They're stuck doing manual work that could be automated. They're losing leads because they can't respond fast enough. They're paying someone to do data entry that a workflow could handle. You're not bothering them. You're showing them a solution.
The math proves it. Out of those 50 to 70 replies, 20 to 30 are warm enough to move forward. I book 8 to 12 calls. Four to seven are qualified and actually show up. I close 2 to 5 every single month. At 3K per client, that's 6K to 15K. At 5K, it's 10K to 25K.
You can't get those numbers from posting content or running Facebook ads on a tight budget. Cold email gives you direct access to decision-makers who can say yes or no right now. No waiting. No hoping. Just clear conversations with people who either need what you're building or don't.
The people who win with AI services are the ones who send volume and get comfortable with rejection. Everyone else is still tweaking their website.
