How Do You Structure Offers as a Newcomer Without a Personal Brand?
Hey everyone, Iโm currently building my first offer and Iโm really curious to understand how successful communities here on Skool structure their paid servicesโespecially when starting without a personal brand or audience. Alex Hormozi often repeats that we should aim to collect as much money as possible in the first 30 days of the customer relationshipโฆ but at the same time, he also says we need to reduce the perceived risk for the client as much as possible (and Iโm confused here ๐
). So Iโm stuck between two approaches: Charge upfront โ e.g. $1,500 at the beginning, and then deliver the service. Remove all the risk โ tell the prospect: โYou donโt know me yet. Let me do the work first. If you like the result, only then you pay $1,500.โ As someone still building trust and reputation, which model would you recommend?
