Voice AI Receptionist Startup Journey

I'm building a voice AI receptionist agency. I started out looking at Go High Level as a solution. But right now, I'm looking at a few alternative voice AI chatbot vendors. GHL is an overly complicated user experience for me and for my customers. All I need is a clean dashboard for my customers to log in and get their customer call information. it should be as easy and simple as checking voicemail.

Our customers, service business owners, are not tech-savvy.

Other vendors I've found have the same functionality for the voice ai bots with easier setup for things like scheduling appointments.

We're also looking for an initial low startup entry cost so for example one alternative provider charges per minute of voice call time. Another a small charge per bot.

Is anyone here using something other than Go High Level for this business model?
