Quick question for the builders here.
I’ve been experimenting with AI voice agents for client workflows, some DIY telephony + LLM setups, and I’ve also been trying out platforms like Feather to see how differently they handle real calls.
A few things stood out:
People respond way more on calls than email
Follow-ups finally happen without manual chasing
Lead qualification moves much faster
That said, results still depend a lot on the flow design and the stability of the stack.
Curious if anyone here is using voice agents in their operations.
