GHL appointment booking issue... helps appreciated! Thanks
I am trying to setup appointment booking with a voice ai web bot. and setup the booking action in the goals screen, but the action is failing and I don't know why. the conversation flow told the bot to gather the name and other information and it did so on the "call" but in the contacts page the name and email are missing. They Are though in the call summary!
Any thoughts on what might be going wrong? Thanks!
