My Fully Automated LinkedIn Outreach System (Natural Language → Personalized DM)

I’ve just finished building an outreach automation that has completely changed how I handle prospecting, and I wanted to share the JSON file with you all.
The Problem: I was spending way too much time manually filtering leads on Apollo, writing individual icebreakers, and managing Google Sheets. It wasn't scalable.
The Solution: I built an n8n workflow that automates the entire pipeline. You simply type who you want to target in plain English (e.g., "CEO of marketing agencies in New York"), and the AI handles the rest.
How it works:
- Natural Language Trigger: You input a simple text description of your audience.
- AI Logic: GPT-4.5 converts your text into a complex Apollo Search URL automatically.
- Scraping: Apify runs the search and extracts lead data (emails, LinkedIn URLs).
- Hyper-Personalization: GPT-4o analyzes their profile and writes a "punchy," non-generic icebreaker (no more "I hope this finds you well").
- CRM Sync: Logs everything into Google Sheets.
- Execution: Automatically triggers a PhantomBuster agent to send the connection request.
The ROI:
- Time Saved: What used to take me 3 hours of manual searching and writing now takes 2 minutes to set up.
- Consistency: The system runs whether I’m awake or asleep.
