As we head into the last full working week of 2025, I want to invite you to pause for a moment. Not to plan. Not to optimize. But to reflect. This year asked a lot of nonprofit leaders. And you showed up anyway. Before we rush toward what is next, take a beat to acknowledge what you have already done. The systems you improved. The time you reclaimed. The moments where AI stopped being overwhelming and started being useful. Growth does not always look flashy. Sometimes it looks like fewer late nights. Clearer decisions. More capacity to focus on the mission and the people you serve.
