People creating fake profiles of my girl

Back here after getting close to 30 000 followers organically over two months, in my niche which only a few people were doing months ago. I have seen people copy the idea a lot after this rise, I don't mind that. Now people are creating fake profiles of my girl and sending requests to my followers to follow back. I'm sure you have experienced this, but do you just report and leave it alone? I do and it gets resolved, thank Goodness. Now I'm creating my Fanvue as I had a hard time being a perfectionist with my content and being busy with work, lol. I wonder if they're gonna create a fake Fanvue or OF of my girl soon.
