AI OFM: How to make Instagram Reels for AI Model
1. Pick a reel to copy
Find a viral reel that already performed well.
The movement matters more than the person in it.
2. Download the reel
Use any IG reel downloader and save it to your device.
3. Extract the first frame
Go to frame-extractor.com
Upload the reel → save the first frame image.
Why:
The first frame is what your AI needs to match.
The closer your model matches the original frame, the better the final result.
4. Recreate that first frame with your AI model
Use whatever tool you have (ComfyUI, Comfy workflows, Crea, etc.).
Goal = get an image that looks like your character in the exact pose/lighting of the real frame.
5. Upscale (Optional0
You can upscale the image to improve detail. If file size is too big, skip this.
6. Upload to 1.2.2 Animate
Upload:
- Your recreated first frame
- The original video
7. Write a simple prompt
Describe the motion only.
Example:
girl moves naturally, head tilt, soft expressions, smooth transitions
Do not over-prompt. Movement > looks here.
8. Generate a few versions
It usually takes 1–2 tries to get a clean result.
Pick the smoothest one.
9. Post it
Use a fresh Reels-only account if you're testing volume.
You can literally have a VA run this and push 50 reels/day if your frame is good.
