beginners - track THIS before you chase more fans
for anyone newer to managing an account, heres a habit that'll save you months of guessing: dont just track total revenue. break it into where it comes from. when i started i only knew the one number - "made about 5k." sounds fine until the number drops and you have zero idea why or what to do. you end up just grinding harder and hoping. been there. the move is simple. every month, split it: how much from subscriptions, how much from tips, how much from ppv/messages. the second you see it split, the problem names itself. weak subs = retention/price problem. weak ppv = your dms arent selling. weak everything = you need traffic. you instantly know which one youre solving. most beginners obsess over getting more fans when their real leak is that theyre not monetising the fans they already have. the breakdown shows you that in one glance. if youre starting out - do you know your subs vs tips vs ppv split for last month off the top of your head? or is it all just one blurry total right now?

beginners - dont give your first chatter full access. heres why
if youre about to hire your first chatter, here is a mistake you can skip completely. dont hand them access to everything on day 1. i did, and it made my first hire way harder than it needed to be. what happens when you give a brand new person the full account is you cant relax. they can see your payout info, they can accidentally delete a fan list, they can change prices. so you end up watching them like a hawk for two weeks, which defeats the whole point of hiring help. you didnt delegate, you just gave yourself a second job: supervising. the simple fix, even as a beginner: only turn on the permissions their actual job needs. chatting, handling fans, thats it. leave money stuff, deletions, and pricing OFF until theyve shown you theyre reliable. then add more access bit by bit. it makes the new person less overwhelmed too, they see a few clear things instead of a wall of buttons. for those about to make a first hire, whats holding you back most, finding the right person or trusting them with access once you do?

beginners - the mass-send mistake that earns you basically nothing
if youre new to this, here is a mistake you can skip entirely. dont send the same ppv at the same price to your whole list. i lost a lot of sends learning that. my first big blast i was so proud of, sent a $50 ppv to my entire list one night, a couple hundred people. i sat there refreshing. two buys, then it got canceled. the content was good, i just aimed it at the wrong crowd. heres what nobody tells beginners. your list is mostly brand new $6 subs with a few real spenders mixed in. a $50 mass is way too steep for the newbies and too generic to move the whales, so almost nobody bites. the fix needs zero new fans. split the list. proven spenders get the premium piece. the new and cheap fans get a tiny $6-9 thing whose only job is their first ever purchase. once they buy once theyll buy again. for those starting out, are you sending one blast to everyone right now or splitting it? whats the part that feels confusing about segmenting?

beginners, do this one thing before any growth hack
if youre early in this, learn the lesson without the years it took me, sort your fans by how much theyve actually spent. before any traffic trick, do that. first time i ranked a real account top to bottom i couldnt believe the spread. one fan at $236, a few in the $100-ish range, a cluster of $50s, then a giant flat line of $6 subs that barely registered. people quote 80/20 like a meme but seeing the cliff on your own list makes it real. the beginner mistake, which i made, is treating every fan the same because you cant tell them apart. so you burn the same effort on a guy who tipped nothing as on the one funding your month. the fix needs zero new followers. rank by spend, know your top tier by name, give them the attention that keeps them, run the rest efficiently. for those just starting, are you tracking who your biggest spenders are yet, or is it still a blur of names? whats stopped you from ranking them?

21, living with his parents… now doing $25K+
Had a crazy call today with one of the AI Model Factory members @Michael DiPietro. Mike joined at the very beginning when I launched the group in July 2025. 21 years old living with his parents and just finished high school. He had no clue what the f*ck he was doing with his life… but he knew one thing for sure — he didn’t want to end up as a regular 9–5 guy. After jumping from day trading → infoproducts → dropshipping YouTube videos… he finally decided to lock in on one thing: AI OFM. The problem? People scamming you with $50 ChatGPT ebooks fake gurus selling recycled courses and “AI millionaires” who started last week Nevertheless, Mike found one of my old YouTube videos (back when I was still faceless) and joined this free community —the one you’re reading this in right now. The issue? He was watching a lot…but not really executing. And that’s where most people here are stuck. - watching 6 different AI OFM youtube videos for “new methods” is not working. - watching ComfyUI tutorials on getting the most realistic skin is not working - switching models every 2 days because “this one might be better” is not working - copying what others do without understanding why is not working - checking your instagaram stats every hour is not working - jumping from IG to Reddit to Telegram without mastering one is not working. - thinking you need more information before you start is not working At some point you either lock the fuck in or you stay stuck. Anyway, I launched the beta of AI Model Factory and Mike was one of the first to join. Keep in mind — this was early AI OFM days… You’d have tears of joy if your model had 5 fingers instead of 6. June → $0 July → $0 August → $3.99 September → $1,250 October → $294 November → $1,441 December → $6,184 January → $6,230 February → $24,524 March → $2,300 (lost IG) April → surprise (2 new models + hybrid) Recorded the full interview today breaking down his entire journey from when he joined the group to where he is now. Will drop it in the next days.

@Brittany Collins honestly its the automations and having systems do the work while i can scale

@Brittany Collins exactly, you wanna replace the repetitive work as soon as possible, i think for me it was the chats have that fully automated i mean having chatters is one 1 things but having automations where i am engaging with the dead fans or having more way of conversions that was thru systems anf than having the chatter team , like if not getting the message what is the chatter gonna do
