How to make an IG post (or thread) that looks realistic asf!🥵

Prerequisites:

First off, you need a body picture and a detailed face picture of your AI influencer (I assume you already have one). Take the example of my Chinese AI influencer below. You'll also need multiple email addresses (you're gonna understand why later).

Step 1: Finding a Reference

The only thing we need now is an IG post of a famous influencer to replicate. It doesn’t actually need to be famous, and it doesn't have to be from Instagram (Pinterest works too), but it needs to be eye-catching for the boys. I’m gonna use this pic from Bunnie Emmie (third image) to replicate, but I'll be replacing her with my AI influencer.

Step 2: Generation

Next, go to https://higgsfield.ai/image/nano_banana_2. We’re going to use Nano Banana Pro to make our replica. You can also use Lovart AI (just use something where you have access to Nano Banana Pro lvl 3 censorship—this means sexy images are allowed—but I recommend using Higgsfield).

Now, upload the picture you want to replicate first, and then the picture of your AI influencer (veryy important).

Then, type this prompt:

Keep the lighting, location, and pose from Image 1, but replace the person with the girl from the image where she is wearing [the outfit of your AI influencer] (image 2), ensuring her facial features and body structure are preserved. Also make sure to keep the outfit from Image 1 on the replaced figure.

Step 3: Variations

When it’s finished, the result might be good or bad. If it’s good, you can make some variations using the Nano Banana Prompt Engineer 5.1 GPT on ChatGPT (https://chatgpt.com/g/g-68ae14451c448191837d0e108a48cf89-nano-banana-prompt-engineer).

Upload the picture you just made on Higgsfield to the Nano Banana Prompt Engineer GPT and tell it what you want.

Ex prompt to Nano Banana Engineer GPT:

Change her pose, make her laying, front view, same influencer type pose, same body proportion, same outfit, no distortion.

This is the prompt he gave me:

Using Image 1 as the Base, create a natural, seamless edit that reposes the same woman into a front-view, laying influencer pose while keeping her holding her phone and preserving her exact likeness, outfit, hair, lighting, environment, and camera style. Recreate her body position so she is lying on her stomach on the same floor, propped up slightly with one arm, with the phone still in her hand in a natural selfie posture. Maintain her yellow top, white shorts, jewelry, long dark hair, skin tone, makeup, and overall proportions. Keep the original bright indoor room, soft daylight, reflections, and clean modern background unchanged except where perspective must slightly adjust. Ensure lighting direction, shadows, white balance, and scale match the Base with no halos, no cutout artifacts, no body warping, no added objects, and no new people. Output one image, same framing and aspect ratio as the Base.

Now the back view:

Using Image 1 as the Base, recreate the same woman in a back-facing influencer pose while preserving her full likeness, outfit, hair length, body proportions, lighting, and the original indoor setting. Position her kneeling in the same spot but turned away from the camera, showing her back and the back of her shoulders, hair, yellow top, and white shorts. Keep her holding the phone naturally in one hand, angled so only the back of the phone is visible, without showing her face. Maintain the same bright soft daylight, room layout, floor reflections, and overall composition except for the pose change. Match lighting, shadows, color, and scale exactly to the Base; avoid warping, seams, extra props, new people, or background changes. Output one image at the same aspect ratio and framing as the Base.

The AI will give you a better prompt. Take that prompt from the Nano Banana Prompt Engineer and put it into Higgsfield. You can also tell the GPT to change the outfit or body proportions (e.g., make her curvier), but don’t ask for something too weird cause you're gonna get restricted.

Step 4: Troubleshooting & Polishing

If it didn't do what you wanted, just use another reference image. If it still messes up, try many other images (that’s the only advice I can give there).

However, if the generation looked good but changed the face, go to a face swap tool to fix it. I like this one: **https://huggingface.co/spaces/tonyassi/face-swap**. It reduces the quality though, so use an upscale tool afterwards and delete the Higgsfield watermark using a watermark remover.

Tip:

As I said before, Higgsfield offers 10 credits per day. Since Nano Banana Pro costs credits, having 10 credits lets you generate about 5 images every day. That's why having multiple accounts is good if you don’t wanna pay.
