(Chatters) At $2–$7/hr I anchor KPIs to outcomes, not msg volume

1. SLA: replies < 5 min during coverage

2. DM net/hr.: $20–$50 (range varies by rate & warm lead flow)

3. PPV conv (1:1): 15–25%

4. Avg. PPV ticket: $10–$18

5. Tip rate: 10–15% of chats

Note: Remember, offer from 1-3 maybe 4% comision = DON'T BE CHEAP-DO IT; at the end of the day you should have a compensation plan already to incentivize the chatter if he/she keeps meeting or surpassing KPIs on an either Monthly, Bi-monthly or Quarterly Basis = Track your shit = numbers, if you don't track your money it means that most of your decisions are on a "shooting by the hip basis" and not by CEO level decision making process. Its your business not a hobby therefore treat it as such.

6. Refunds/chargebacks: ≤2%

7. Coverage: 14–18h/day with handoffs

KPIs apply to chat-only revenue (DM/PPV & tips), calculated on net (gross − platform fees − refunds). You’ll set targets per segment (new, warm, whales) and review weekly.

Advise: You need to be able to make sure your business at some point runs "by itself" when you go on vacations, therefore it its paramount the you build systems, sops, manuals, workflow diagrams, etc. to ensure who your are paying to, to run it while you are enjoying your Hawaii vacations "accompanied by 2 hot girls", is able to run it without having to call you or making it worst. Go look some videos on youtube so you understand its capabilities and the huge amounts of things you can do with it which helps you to build all those I mentioned and help you to be ready for anything.
