Yesterday, I sat down on my balcony with a microphone, several cameras, and an idea that wasn’t fully formed yet. Instead of writing a polished script, I started with a conversation. By today, that conversation had become a finished multicamera YouTube video. AI helped us: • Transcribe the conversation • Sync footage from multiple devices • Find the strongest moments • Tighten pauses • Switch camera angles • Review, revise, and render the final cut But AI didn’t decide what I believe. It didn’t decide which ideas felt true, which suggestions sounded like me, or what I wanted to share. I still had to speak, direct, reject weak ideas, reshape suggestions, and approve the final result. ✨ AI didn’t replace the creator. It helped the creator keep moving. The biggest lesson? A lot of people don’t struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because sitting alone and trying to manufacture a polished script can feel unnatural. Conversation changes that. You can start with the messy version, think out loud, refine the idea, and gradually discover what you actually want to say. Sometimes, the conversation becomes the creative engine. And sometimes, the process itself becomes the content. We filmed this yesterday and finished the edit today. More importantly, we built a reusable AI-assisted production system that can help us create future YouTube videos, Reels, TikToks, and other content much faster. That’s the kind of work I want us to explore inside AI Innovators Guild: 🧠 Practical AI 🎥 Creative systems 🛠️ Real projects 🚀 Human-led innovation 🌱 Ideas turned into something useful This is our first proof of concept. What’s one idea you’ve been sitting on because you weren’t sure how to turn it into content?
