The platform doesn't help β€” Instagram is an entertainment app. People don't open it with their credit card ready. So coaches post, post, post, and wonder why nobody's buying.

THE 9/10 PLAN
Phase 1 β€” Find your hunting grounds (Day 1)
Make a list of 10 weight-loss transformation influencers with active comment sections. Look for accounts where people are genuinely engaging, asking questions, sharing struggles β€” not just saying "πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯." Influencers in the 50K–500K range tend to have the most engaged, accessible comments.
Phase 2 β€” Build your opener with Claude (Days 1–2)

Test the openers. Pick the two that sound most like you.
Phase 3 β€” Work the comments (Daily, 30 min)
Go to your target influencer's most recent post. Read the comments. Find 5–10 people who are genuinely struggling. Check their profile β€” are they in your target market? If yes, send your opener DM. Personalize it based on what they said in the comment. "Hey, I saw your comment on [X's] post β€” totally felt that. I was in the same place two years ago..."
This is not spam. This is outreach. There's a difference.
Phase 4 β€” Content shifts to "life" not "sales" (Ongoing)
Your Instagram feed becomes about your life β€” your transformation, your day, your clients' results (with permission). Not peptide science. Not protocols. Just you, living proof that the thing works. Let the DMs do the selling. Let the content do the trusting.
Phase 5 β€” Build the bridge to a lower-ticket offer (Week 3+)
