WHAT YOU'RE BUILDING

A storefront (Etsy, Shopify, or both) where customers upload a photo, pay, and receive a finished product — without you touching anything. The AI handles the image, the print service handles fulfillment, you collect the margin.

THE 9/10 PLAN

Phase 1 — Pick your product and supplier (Days 1-3)

Go to Printify.com. Browse their catalog. Find a magnet or photo product with good margins and fast US shipping. Order a sample so you know what you're selling. Budget: ~$15.

Phase 2 — Set up your storefront (Days 3-7)

Create an Etsy shop (simplest starting point — built-in traffic). List your first product. Use Claude to write all your product descriptions, tags, and SEO copy. Etsy's algorithm rewards keyword-rich listings. Let Claude do the heavy lifting.

Phase 3 — Automate the order flow (Week 2)

When an order comes in, use a Make/Zapier workflow to process the image and push it directly to Printify for fulfillment. Printify ships to the customer automatically. You never touch the order. Claude can walk you through building this step by step.

Phase 4 — Drive traffic (Ongoing)

Etsy has built-in search traffic. Layer on Pinterest (huge for gift products), TikTok videos showing the product, Instagram reels of the unboxing. You don't need to go viral. You need 2-3 sales a day.
