A bit behind before this cruise but they will get done before then😂
Actually just did a carousel on my page talking a bit about my story this year and it crushed so need to do more of those for sure
Curiosity Hooks:
- Everyone thinks you need moderation to be happy. Here's what actually worked…being an extremist about one thing.
- I thought being extreme was my kryptonite…until I found out how to use it as rocket fuel.
- How I got in the best shape of my life without moderation.
Knife Edge Hooks:
- I almost went to grad school until I realized college is a scam.
- I almost quit social media, instead, I used it to find my voice.
- I almost gave into binge eating but instead I started helping others
Refusal Hooks:
- I refused the corporate world. I chose freedom instead.
- I said no to caring what people thought of me and yes to being unapologetically myself.
- Never again “I’ll wait till Monday.” From now on, right fucking now.
