šŸ‘‹ Welcome to AI for PT
Glad you're here. Quick orientation so you get value fast. I'm Jordan, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I left the clinic in 2022 because I was buried in the admin work nobody trained us for, and I started building the systems instead. My wife's vestibular clinic went from $0 to over $60K in its first 8 months on them, and I now build this stuff for cash-based PT clinics. This community is where I hand it all over, free. What this is: practical AI and automation for PT clinic owners. The goal is a clinic that runs itself, so you get your nights and weekends back without care ever feeling less personal. No code. No hype. HIPAA-aware. Your first 10 minutes: 1. šŸ‘‹ Introduce yourself in Introduce Yourself: where's your clinic, and what's the one task eating your time? 2. šŸ› ļø Browse Examples & Demos for real automations you can copy. 3. šŸŽ“ Open the Classroom and grab your first free skill (start with Free Skills). 4. šŸ’¬ Ask anything in Ask Anything. I'm in here every day. Everything in here is free. When you want to build it live with me or get unstuck on your own clinic, that's what the paid meetings are for. But start free and get a win first. Glad you found us. Let's get your time back.

šŸ‘‹ Tell us who you are
Drop a quick intro so we know who's in the room: - Your name + clinic (and where you're based) - Your specialty (vestibular, pelvic, ortho, sports, peds...) - The one task or admin headache eating most of your time right now - One thing you wish AI could take off your plate I reply to every intro personally. Welcome aboard.
Get your clinic showing up on Google (new in the Classroom) šŸ“
Most cash-based clinics lose the patient before the phone ever rings. Someone searches "physical therapist near me," your competitor shows up in the map pack with a stack of reviews, and you're nowhere. Not because they're a better PT. Because their Google profile is dialed in and yours is half-empty. I just put the Google Visibility Blueprint in the Classroom. It's the exact process I use to take a clinic from invisible to showing up in local results, broken into one small step a day for a week: - The profile foundations Google actually ranks (categories, NAP, description) - Photos that build trust without crossing HIPAA lines - Your services, and the questions patients are actually typing in - Posts and reviews that compound week after week Go check it out in the Classroom, then drop a comment with your clinic's city and I'll take a quick look at your profile.

New video is up: how I built the brand voice skill from the last drop.
Out of the box, AI has exactly one voice, and it is "we are thrilled to announce." Every clinic comes out sounding warm, confident, and impossible to tell apart from the one down the street. The skill fixes that, and this video is me actually building it. There is a real irony here. I used AI to build the tool that keeps my AI from sounding like AI. It worked, which is somehow more unsettling than if it had not. The honest version is I did not build it myself. Claude did, using Anthropic's Skill Creator. I told it in plain English what I wanted, it asked me a pile of questions back, and it wrote the whole thing. In the video: - What a skill actually is, just instructions you hand Claude, like a recipe - The Skill Creator and the prompt I gave it - Letting it run and answering the questions it fires back at you - Watching it build everything, including its own helper agents and a fake clinic to test against - Bundling the setup, writer, and update skills into one plugin The plugin is free in Classrooms under the Free Skills course. https://www.skool.com/ai-for-pt/classroom/e82979ab?md=ec26c08bf35743bdb8e1029104730465 Build your own and drop a comment with what you got it to do. Bonus points if it stops sounding like a press release.

New free skill: make AI write in your clinic's voice šŸŽ™ļø
If you've used AI to write a social post or a patient handout, you've felt it: it comes out generic and stiff, nothing like how you actually talk to your patients. So I built a free Claude skill that fixes it. Run the setup once, it learns your clinic's voice from your website and your writing, and from then on everything sounds like you. It's three skills in one: Setup learns your voice, Writer writes in it, and Update sharpens it from your feedback. Grab it free: Classroom → Free Skills → download the file, then upload it in Claude just like I show in the video. (One tip: don't unzip it.) Page: https://www.skool.com/ai-for-pt/classroom/87e3a33c?md=7d30b3da03da43eba59ca66ff43134ce Try it on one social post and drop what it wrote in the comments. I want to see how it sounds.
