As I mulled over this script, I wanted to create something that will encourage you where ever you are on your AI journey. Do you agree?

In this video I'm showing you what a free trial looks like to the user when you have a subscription and what it looks like when you set up tiers. I ditched tiers and moved back to subscription - I love the simplicity of subscription and my focus is on increasing annual sign ups and subscription I think does a better job presenting annual and its value. I know there's a million ways to use AI but this is one that I use regularly and at the risk of sounding like a hyped up YouTube video... it's a freaking GAME-CHANGER!! I recently started adding some incredible Claude Skills to my premium community level, and I thought I'd share an example of what you can do with these skills. This one is me building a full curriculum for a new course I want to create, in 10 minutes instead of 10 days. If there's one thing you learn in the next month - master Claude skills!

This group is full of AI savvy business owners so I know I'm not speaking to novices here. But I do want to share something that I don't think is talked about enough. The OLD way of delivering our coaching services isn't going to cut it anymore. We're all about AI when it comes to helping us work smarter and faster. But are we ready for the client-facing evolution? I don't know about you all but I know for me, when I am working with a coach or mentor of some sort, I want AI tools trained on their IP. I had a hard time sitting through vaults of long videos before, and now that I'm accustomed to getting interactive, real time support with things like Claude and ChatGPT - I have even less attention span for a passive learning style. But I also see many people thinking they need a bot trained on all their stuff for client support. That's a great idea - but I think there's an even better way. Not ONE big bot. Instead - a SUITE. Imagine your flagship course... Now imagine you have a custom GPT trained on each module in that course. That's FAR more helpful than a big bot that tries to do it all.
