Have you tried Skoot yet? 👀

Skoot is a CRM that integrates directly with Skool, and Brenda and I have been testing it out over the last few weeks to help increase engagement inside this community.

One of my FAVOURITE features so far is the DM shortcuts + follow-up automation.

Here’s why it’s so good:

✨ You can create DM templates that automatically insert the member’s name

✨ No more copy/pasting messages over and over

✨ You can trigger messages instantly using a simple backslash shortcut

✨ After sending the first DM manually, you can set up automated follow-up sequences

But here’s the part I really love…

If someone replies during the follow-up sequence, the automation automatically stops. 🙌

So you don’t have to worry about awkwardly spamming people who already responded.

You can also personalize the follow-ups with voice notes or GIFs which makes the DMs feel way more human and engaging.
