Claude Co-Work Just Got More Powerful
So Anthropic just dropped something called "Dispatch" - allowing you to use Co-Work from your phone.
Prior to this, the Claude mobile app was just for chat. Before you get too excited - they are rolling this out to Max users first, then Pro users. I have a Max plan so I just synced it and will test it out today to see how it does.
The basic premise is now you can have Claude working in your workspace any time - without you having to be at your laptop.
There are still some obvious seams or frictions if you will:
Dispatch needs your PC/Mac awake (open session)
/schedule feature doesn't work in cloud sessions -
Code on the web can't render artifacts
Cowork has no native GitHub sync
But this is a big step in the direction of having true AGI that can go off on our behalf and do our work for us...
It's going to be a very interesting year!
