Has anyone had this error come through and not been able to fix it? I am now 24 days without service from OpenAI. I have contacted them multiple times, but no reply from the service.
I was hopeful that when the month rolled over, everything would be reset to zero (which is what it shows on my dashboard) but still no service.
I have mailed them at the following guesses support@, help@, info@, admin@, root@, customer.service@ api@
No doubt I will get some bounces.
And I did. There is no api@openai.com. Which I find strange, but hey ho.
This leads to the big question: What should I do if my app stops working due to an error on the OpenAI end? 24 days with no service so far could have equated to losing business and, likewise, de-monitizing my business. The lack of timely support is a real differentiator for service.
Is anybody using two or three tiers of API providers to mitigate the risk of one provider being down? It would have been well-tested yesterday.
