What are your initial thoughts on Gemini 3?

Gemini 3 came out in a few different places: notably Cursor, Gemini CLI if you have an AI Ultra plan, and a couple of different places.

My initial thoughts is that it’s too slow for me as a daily driver, but I’m definitely testing it for planning, code reviewing, and debugging.
