OT: Do any of you YouTubers/Streamers use a green screen?

Todays task has been setting up OBS a bit more. I am hating my background as my office/dumping ground is very cluttered. I was looking at green screens and was wondering if any of you use them and have any tips? One of my initial issues is that I have a light almost directly above my head which radiated a nice 'intelligent' glow from my napper. I can crop out a lot but I still hate the backdrop.
